This notice covers Digitaly Studio creative services and invitation support through Mercado Libre. The purchased product's specific conditions and the marketplace policies also apply.

Purchase and product

Price, currency, format, scope, delivery time and included revisions are those stated in the accepted offer and order. Recurring plans must disclose frequency, renewal and cancellation before purchase. A static image, interactive PDF, musical website, website with video and MP4 video are different products; not all include Maps or attendance buttons. Services or conversions outside the purchase are not granted.

Customization, confirmation and delivery

Review the data summary and confirm or correct details before production. Data confirmation is not delivery. Additional changes require agreement on scope, timing and price before charging. Technical acceptance of a link does not prove that the customer received or downloaded the file. For errors, access failures or discrepancies, request support; support is not conditional on leaving a review.

Locations and Google Maps

When location research is enabled, Google Maps Platform receives the venue name, aliases and necessary address context through Places API and Geocoding API. It does not require the honoree's name, attendance number or event date. A result is a proposal that the buyer must confirm, including the correct entrance or hall. Places records are not used to build our own catalogue; Geocoding data supports the corresponding purchase, isolated by buyer and subject to provider restrictions. A promotional photograph does not establish coordinates. Results are attributed to Google Maps.

Google Maps use incorporates the linked terms and policies by reference, as applicable.

Content and licensing

You must hold rights to submitted text, photos, music and other resources. Product use is as described in the offer; exclusivity, full assignment and unlimited commercial use are not promised unless expressly agreed. Third-party resources retain their licences. Do not use these tools to infringe rights or publish unauthorized personal information.

Support and buyer rights

For Mercado Libre purchases, share information and request support within that purchase's messages; support is not moved to WhatsApp. If the platform blocks a link or detail, attach a readable screenshot through the same channel. For other services and privacy use the official contact. Incidents are investigated before attributing causes to the user. Customization does not waive mandatory rights or create an absolute refund ban: order conditions, marketplace protections and applicable law apply.

Changes and applicable law

Future changes are dated and do not retroactively amend an accepted order without an applicable basis. Relevant Mexican law applies without waiver of mandatory rights or exclusion of competent authorities or consumer protection mechanisms. These terms do not replace mandatory marketplace terms or the specific conditions agreed for your purchase.
