Privacy notice

This notice covers Digitaly Studio creative services and invitation support through Mercado Libre. The purchased product's specific conditions and the marketplace policies also apply.

Data and purposes

Depending on the service, we process account and contact details, purchase and payment identifiers, submitted messages, images and files, and details needed to customize the design: names, age where relevant, date, time, theme, venue, address and the selected attendance number. These support purchase management, customization, delivery, data verification, incident support, abuse prevention and applicable obligations. An attendance number is not a seller support channel. A purchase does not constitute advertising consent; do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Other people's information

Submit only information that you are entitled to share. For children's names or photos, the requesting person must have authorization from their legal representative. If a detail or event section should be omitted, request and confirm the omission through the purchase. Customer material is not used as a public portfolio without specific authorization.

External services

For Mercado Libre purchases, its systems retain purchase messages and data under its own policies. OpenAI AI tools may process case text and images to extract details and prepare replies. Delivery files may be hosted through Google Drive when that channel is used. Digitaly Studio hosting, databases and backups support operations and service continuity. These services may process information outside Mexico under their terms. Not all services participate in every purchase; information is not shared for unrelated purposes without the applicable basis or authorization.

Locations and Google Maps

When location research is enabled, Google Maps Platform receives the venue name, aliases and necessary address context through Places API and Geocoding API. It does not require the honoree's name, attendance number or event date. A result is a proposal that the buyer must confirm, including the correct entrance or hall. Places records are not used to build our own catalogue; Geocoding data supports the corresponding purchase, isolated by buyer and subject to provider restrictions. A promotional photograph does not establish coordinates. Results are attributed to Google Maps.

Google Maps use incorporates the linked terms and policies by reference, as applicable.

Retention and security

Data is retained as needed for purchase fulfilment, support, claims or legal obligations. Cancellation may require blocking rather than immediate deletion when retention obligations exist; backups have their own cycles and are not erased instantly. Contact privacy support for the retention applicable to your case and, where applicable, cancellation. An encrypted technical MCP reply draft expires within at most fifteen minutes; this does not delete the purchase or its files. Access controls and minimization apply; absolute security is not promised.

Rights and requests

You may request access, correction, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), limit uses or withdraw consent where applicable. Email privacy support identifying the requested right, relevant information and reply channel; include a purchase reference if it helps locate the data. We will explain proportionate identity or representation verification; do not post identity documents in purchase messages. A determination will be communicated within twenty days of receiving a complete request and, if granted, implemented within the following fifteen days, subject to justified extensions allowed by applicable law. Withdrawal does not remove retention obligations or invalidate prior lawful processing.

The platform uses browser cookies and storage for sessions, security, preferences and visit analytics, depending on the page used. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent authenticated functionality. These legal pages do not load external scripts, maps or embedded players.
